Bulla Cabana

WHAT: Lost Art Gallery presents “Bulla Cubana”, a celebration of art, music and dance benefiting St. Augustine’s Sister City, Baracoa Cuba. Baracoa was also devastated by Hurricane Mathew. “Bulla” means noise in Spanish and this event lives up to its name with a hubbub of excitement, music and artistic talent. An  exhibit by 4 Cuban artists will be highlighted on First Friday March Art Walk at Lost Art Gallery and sister gallery Sea Spirits from 5-9 pm.

The festivities continue on Saturday, March 4th from 7-10 pm with the music of the Jax English Salsa Band, joined by Cuban vocalist Barbara Martin. Also performing will be Jessie Dominguez, the Principle dancer from the National Ballet of Cuba & Dance Alive. A minimum $20 entry donation will be collected at the door, benefiting our sister city Baracoa. Cash bar w/ wine & spirits. White or festive attire optional. Bring your dancing shoes!!
