The Commemorative Air Force B-17 Texas Raiders is visiting St. Augustine beginning Tuesday April 17!   In her first trip to St. Augustine, the Flying Fortress will be open to the public for tours and flights beginning Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM through Thursday afternoon.   Her first flight of the visit will commence at 5:30 PM on Tuesday.

Texas Raiders, owned by the Commemorative Air Force, is one of just nine B-17s currently flying in the world today, and was the first B-17 to be restored solely for the purpose of education and use as a flying museum. The iconic bomber has served the CAF in this capacity for over 50 years.

Your newsworthy coverage from this iconic aircraft will provide your audience with an up-close view of the bomber that changed the course of WWII, as well as interviews with her crew.  The popular Flying Fortress tours all across the United States on a mission to educate the public about vintage military aircraft and their role in U.S. history.
