Vickie Rianda loves her job.

“I love just helping people with their dreams of home ownership and being involved in that process,” says the owner of Island Title of St. Augustine, LLC. Establishing the company in 2010, Vickie has been involved in the business since 2002. Previously, she was employed in the field of human resources.

“I think what makes me successful in this business,” says the Utah native raised in Southern California, “is the human resources background.” Vickie, a graduate of the University of California Irvine, is also a licensed realtor.

She found her way to the Oldest City via Atlanta, Ga. After moving east for employment in Atlanta, Vicki vacationed in Ponte Vedra Beach and immediately fell in love with Northeast Florida. “I went back and quit my job in Atlanta and moved to Ponte Vedra,” she explains. “That’s where I got into the real estate business.” She now resides in St. Augustine with her two buddies-her standard poodles-Nola, named for New Orleans, and Porsche. “Both are rescue dogs and come to work with me every day. They’re my little mascots.”

As owner of Island Title, with offices in St. Augustine Beach and World Golf Village, Vickie oversees a staff of five. “Vickie has always provided me with top notch customer service,” says Realtor David Kfoury of Endless Summer Realty. “Her professionalism and attention to detail are impeccable.”

ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A TRAIT VICKIE RIANDA’S CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE.

It’s “not so much [about] the numbers,” Vickie explains. “I like to work with the customers and let them have peace of mind to assure that we do the right thing. We do it the right way before, during, and after the transactions. I enjoy being a part of everyone’s life.”

With little time for outside activities, Vickie still maintains an interest in helping the homeless through organizations like Home Again St. Johns, and supporting animal rescue organizations, including SAFE and the Humane Society. She is also dedicated to the American Cancer Society. November, she explains, marks her 29th year as a cancer survivor.

Island Title has an office at 2085 A1A South, Suite 206 in St. Augustine Beach and another located at 559 W. Twincourt Trail, Suite 609 at the World Golf Village. Learn more by visiting their website, or calling 904-471-7272.
